"Georgia's highest courts issue decisions throughout the year that impact our state's business community," stated Georgia Chamber president and CEO Chris Clark.  "As a result, making sure that the courts consist of fair-minded, qualified jurists is of critical importance to Georgia's economic health and prosperity."

"In his time on the bench, Justice Nahmias has proven that his experience, intellect and temperament have made him the kind of jurist Georgia cannot afford to lose," continued Clark.  "Likewise, Chris McFadden's knowledge and experience makes him a solid addition to the Court of Appeals."
