As a state, Georgia is blessed with an incredible education system. Our network of public and private institutions -- in K-12, at our technical schools and at the collegiate level -- provides students with a world-class education without having to leave the state. In addition, students educated in Georgia can find meaningful, fulfilling employment in the state after graduation.
So, the Chamber believes that higher education enhances individual citizens' prosperity and creates new industries and jobs. So encouraging students to pursue post-secondary education is vital to building a self-sustaining and growing economy.
