To reserve a spot on this trip, we need the following from each passenger: A completed registration form,  color copy of their passport, and a deposit of $500. After your reservation form is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from both the Chamber and CHW with additional information. Final payment can be made anytime, but is due by June 23, 2017.

Make Your Reservation Online (Preferred): You can easily submit the items above using our online booking engine, accessed by clicking here and entering code  B002210.

Make Your Reservation via Email:  Complete the paper form here, and email it to lmeeks@gachamber.com with your passport copy.  Please note, space will not be held until the reservation is received and processed.  To immediately secure your spot, we suggest you register online.

Accompanying Travelers: You may register several people using one online registration form, as long as you’re able to upload a copy of each person’s passport and pay their deposit. If you intend to travel with people who will be registering on their own, simply list their name in the “Notes” section of the registration form. If you intend to share a room with another traveler, list their name in the notes section, and indicate Double Occupancy.  Please note that the minimum age requirement for the trip is 18 years old.

Travel Protection:  You may add a Travel Protection plan to your trip, but you must do so when making the reservation.  The premium (calculated on the online booking engine and listed below) must be paid upon registration.   The premium is based on the total tour cost, including optional excursions and single supplements (if applicable).  For a full disclosure of coverage, visit: www.centralholidays.com/files/travel-protection. pdf

Total tour cost of $4,501 to $5,000 = $318 Premium
Total tour cost of $5,001 to $5,500 = $345 Premium
Total tour cost of $4,501 to $6,000 = $379 Premium

COST

The cost is $4,675, which includes: round-trip airfare from Atlanta*; all transportation within Iceland; first class accommodations; most meals; All tours, tickets, national park and museum fees; A local private guide the entire length of the trip; Baggage handling and airport transfers in Iceland; all fuel surcharges, taxes and fees.

*Business Class airfare may be available, inquire for pricing and availability. Upgrades to Comfort Class may be available 30 days before departure, additional information will be sent to registered travelers.

Priced for double occupancy accommodations.  For single hotel accommodations throughout the trip, add $1,149.
