EVENT OVERVIEW
The 2017 Spring Board Retreat will be held May 7-9 at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee. The retreat will kick off on Sunday with a reception and dinner followed by Georgia Chamber business meetings on Monday and Tuesday mornings. On Monday afternoon, Board members will have the opportunity to play golf with fellow board members, enjoy services at the award-winning spa, compete in a round-robin tennis tournament or relax by the pool. Monday evening there will be a reception and dinner at the resort.

Board member registration – $645

Guest registration (meals only) – $295

Guest activity – $150

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Please make your reservations early to get our discounted rate of $225.00. You can reserve your room online by clicking HERE and select attendee in the drop down box. Or you can call 800-944-5884 and reference the Georgia Chamber of Commerce room block.  Reservations must be made prior to Tuesday, March 21, 2017 to receive our discounted rate within our room block.

**All reservations must be made with a major credit card and individual guests will be responsible for room cancellations within 14 days of arrival as well as early departure fees. Hotel will charge full room and tax for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date and guests will be charged room and tax for any early departure nights. **

There will be a  20% discount off of the full priced spa menu available to you during your stay.  As the Spa sells out on a daily basis, we highly recommend booking Spa treatments in advance. EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Notices received prior to May 1, 2017 will be issued a refund, less $25 per person administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this date. All cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to lmoore@gachamber.com.
