Tickets are Still Available for the Annual Meeting Reception
Be sure to purchase your tickets for the Georgia Chamber’s Annual Meeting Reception on January 10!  Held at the Georgia World Congress Center, this event will honor statewide elected officials and Georgia’s Congressional delegation.  U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson will be our special guest for the evening.  The reception will be held from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the Georgia Ballroom, Building C.

Tickets are $100 per person for this event and include a ticket to Governor-elect Nathan Deal’s Inaugural Gala at Philips Arena that same evening.

A New Year and New Look for our Website
Have you visited www.gachamber.com lately?  If so, you probably noticed a new look!

Launched in early December, the new Georgia Chamber website was designed to be a more dynamic source of information for our members. By simply clicking on our homepage, members can view our most important policy issues, the latest news about our organization and Georgia business, our social networking pages and a listing of our upcoming events—and this is just the beginning!

Georgia Employers’ Association to Host Update on Labor and Legal Issues
The Georgia Employers’ Association will host Preparing for 2011: From Compliance to Enforcement, Labor and Legal Issues That Can Impact You and Your Business on Tuesday, January 11, following the Eggs and Issues Breakfast at the Georgia World Congress Center.

This is the sixth consecutive year for this popular workshop.  Speakers for this event include:
