Georgia’s broken legal system hurts all of us. Higher insurance premiums, endless legal ads, fewer jobs. That’s the cost of our out-of-control litigation climate. In fact, Georgia was recently named as the worst “judicial hellhole” of all 50 states! We deserve better.
Our courts must serve the cause of justice, not the financial interests of litigation investors. Governor Brian Kemp and Georgia legislative leaders have heard our concerns, and they’ve felt the same pain in their own businesses. The Governor’s bold common sense legislative agenda deserves our support and appreciation.
