Georgia Chamber Launches New 401K Plan, Partners with Transamerica and Gallagher
The Georgia Chamber, in partnership with Transamerica and Gallagher, announce the launch of the Retirement Plan EXCHANGE®. This new 401K program offers small business a wide range of retirement management services and compliments the Chamber’s popular SMART Health Insurance Plan offered through Anthem.
“In 2020, we doubled participation in the SMART Health Insurance program, reaching tens of thousands of enrolled members,” said Chris Clark, President and CEO of the Georgia Chamber. “We saw that as an indicator that affordable benefit options were a need for our business community and worked with Transamerica and Gallagher to launch this exciting new 401K program.”
The Retirement Plan EXCHANGE® targets small businesses with cost-effective retirement management solutions including administrative offload, simplified payroll contribution processing, loan and distribution support, time savings, fiduciary risk management and more. Members of the plan have access to a range of experts such as a plan administrator, recordkeeper, financial advisory, third party administrator, investment manager and an auditor, among others.
