ATLANTA – Following the recent decision by the Supreme Court of the United States in Learning Resources, Inc. v. Trump — which held that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) does not authorize the executive branch to impose tariffs — the Georgia Chamber of Commerce has released an updated tariff report outlining the potential implications for Georgia’s business community.

The Georgia Chamber of Commerce said:
