"This is an ever-changing and ever-evolving situation that we’re in,” Georgia Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Chris Clark said. “We’re impacted as much from what happens overseas now is what happens in Washington. That’s what’s most important right now is for consumers, as well as business leaders and elected leaders, to be calm, to move through this, to think long term, and to hopefully, let’s face it, if we can see trade barriers reduced in other countries, they’re going to be new markets for Georgia goods and products. When companies want to reshore their supply chains back to the U.S., there will be more opportunities here in the state of Georgia."
