Dr. Harry Hamm is the Executive Director of the Lowndes Advocacy Resource Center (LARC) which serves 150 adults with developmental disabilities in a Day Program.  This nonprofit agency was established in 1970 and is located in Valdosta, Ga.  Dr. Hamm is completing his 19th year with LARC following his retirement from a 30-year career as a School Psychologist and Administrator who directed a program for Severely Emotionally Disturbed Students throughout South Central GA.  He holds a PhD in Administration and Supervision from Georgia State University, graduate degrees from Georgia Southern University, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Armstrong State College (University).
