The Georgia Public Service Commission (PSC) is a relatively unknown entity—but one that impacts every person in our state every day. As the regulating body for Georgia’s telecommunications, electric and natural gas service utilities, the PSC has been a driver in exploring renewable energy options, such as solar, for the state.
Join us to hear from Commissioner Tim Echols, a passionate advocate for renewable energy, as he discusses Georgia’s energy outlook, and provides an update on Plant Vogtle and other statewide initiatives. Commissioner Echols will share what he sees as critical factors in the emergence of clean power in Georgia, and how your company can get involved. Additionally, he’ll discuss how the PSC works with contractors, and what businesses should know about the Georgia dig-law.
