The Georgia Chamber would like to welcome Tift Regional Health System to our network and Chamber family. Tift Regional Health System is a not-for-profit hospital that serves 12 counties in South Central Georgia. Their main campus, located in Tifton, was named a top 10 Georgia medium-size hospital by Georgia Trend magazine two years in a row.
As one of the leading medical facilities in the region, Tift Regional serves the health needs of the patient, as well as surrounding communities through their six locations.
Not only is Tift Regional known for providing a wide-range of care in the region, their Foundation is leading the path for philanthropic efforts throughout their community investment. Tift Regional Medical Foundation, along with the Tiftarea YMCA, recently awarded two students the Ilse Boyette Book Scholarship worth $500 each. These philanthropic efforts, along with providing care for their region, directly align with the Georgia Chamber’s rural prosperity initiative to revitalize and sustain rural Georgia.
With the combined efforts in both medical services and community engagement, Tift Regional Health System proves to be a leader in their region, helping to keep Georgia the best state to work, live, and do business.
