Chris Clark

President & CEO


Prior to joining the Georgia Chamber, Chris served as Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and as Deputy Commissioner for the Department of Economic Development.  Before his state service he was the President of the Fayette County Development Authority and CEO of the Hawkinsville-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce. Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Council of State Chambers and sits on the boards of the Georgia Allies and the Georgia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. He is also a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Council of 100 and the Political Affairs Committee. 

Chris and his wife, Tiffany, their son, Christian and their dog Daisy, live in Peachtree City and attend Dogwood Church.

Cathy Holtzclaw

Executive Assistant, President & CEO


Cathy provides administrative support for the Chamber’s President & CEO, Chris Clark. Prior to joining the Chamber, Cathy worked as Chris’ assistant when he was Commissioner at the Department of Natural Resources. Her career with the state of Georgia began in 2003, when she worked for Governor Sonny Perdue as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff. Cathy and her husband, Norman, live in Powder Springs, Georgia.

John Cushnie

Senior Vice President, Investor Engagement


John’s focus is strengthening the Chamber’s role in economic development, investor engagement and directing capital campaigns for the organization. With over 16 years of sales and management experience, John has held positions in the telecommunications, conventions and most recently, the pharmaceutical industry. He is a working member of the Georgia Allies, a public-private partnership designed to increase marketing and economic development opportunities for Georgia.

John is a Rotarian and a graduate of Regional Leadership Institute he’s also actively involved in his community. John holds a degree in History from the University of Colorado at Boulder and lives in Decatur with his wife and three sons.

Keisha N. Hines

Senior Vice President, External Affairs


Keisha directs the Chamber’s external affairs efforts which includes, communications, public relations, marketing, social media and events. She joined the Chamber most recently from Zoo Atlanta, where she served as Senior Director of Communications, Strategic Partnerships and Innovation. Ms. Hines’ professional career includes more than 15 years of experience in a variety of fields, including public relations, marketing, high-level crisis management, music, fashion, television and law enforcement. She is an Advisory Board member for Skyland Trail, a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health treatment organization serving adults ages 18 and older. Keisha and her dog, Maximus reside in Buckhead.

Stephanie Martin

Senior Vice President, Administration


Stephanie is responsible for managing all financial and operations strategies to include making recommendations for improving operating efficiency and controlling/reducing operating costs. Her responsibilities also include managing the day to day operations of Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facilities. Stephanie also leads and directs the accounting process for the Chamber’s six affiliates. Prior to joining the Chamber’s leadership team, she was Managing Director of Operations for Information Technology with the American Cancer Society. Stephanie is a parent volunteer for Girl Scouts of America and the ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She and her husband, Ron, and their daughters, Ronni and Jordan, live in Kennesaw.

David Raynor

Senior Vice President, Public Affairs


David directs the lobbying, public policy and political engagement efforts of the Georgia Chamber. Prior to joining the Chamber, David served as State Director for the National Federation of Independent Business. Before his role, advocating for Georgia’s small business community, David served as Chief of Staff to the State Senate Majority Leader. He serves on the Board of Directors for the State Chamber Policy Center and sits on the board of the Georgia Charitable Care Network, an organization committed to providing access to health care for the state’s underserved population. Most recently, David was appointed to the Industry Partners Advisory Group at the Georgia Department of Revenue by Commissioner Lynne Riley. David and his wife, Lindsay live in Atlanta.

Morgan Law

Vice President of Strategic Initiatives


Executive Director Georgia Travel Association

Morgan’s primary focus is to elevate the profile of the $53 billion travel industry in Georgia through the Georgia Travel Association. He also supports long-range visioning and organizational development of the Chamber through his 20-years of chief executive experience in local economic development and chambers of commerce.  A Leadership Georgia graduate, a proud University of Georgia bulldog, and a supporter of SERV International, he attends Buckhead Church in Atlanta.

Stan Fulks

Accounting Director


Stan directs the accounting functions of the Chamber, which includes general ledger, financials and budgeting. Keeya Dabney

Revenue Accounting Manager


As the Revenue Accounting Manager, Keeya accounts for all revenues received by the Georgia Chamber to maintain each of our Investors’ financial accounts. Keeya brings over 10 years of accounting experience in the medical and legal fields. During her free time, she enjoys working with any of the sororities or community services organizations that she is a member of or volunteering with the Outreach Ministry at her church; Tabernacle of Praise. She’s also a newlywed to her husband Derico, and mother to Zariah, Alden-Miles & their Angel Baby Idris. Keeya is a graduate of Bethune-Cookman University (formerly College) and Strayer University’s MBA program.

Brandon Whitaker

Brandon provides accounts payable support to the Finance team. Prior to joining the Georgia Chamber, Brandon was a student at Fort Valley State University. While attending Fort Valley State, Brandon participated in various campus activities and also served as a student assistant to the Accounting Department. Brandon was also a member of NABA. Laura is a part of the behind the scene operations team that keeps the Chamber ticking. Prior to joining the Chamber, Laura worked in the in the retail industry holding various Human Resources Management and Recruiting positions in the Chicagoland area. Laura is a graduate of Illinois State University with her degree in HR Management. She and her husband Ron live in Lawrenceville and enjoy going on new adventures every chance they get.

Eric Ervin

Administrative Coordinator


Eric is the behind the scenes glue for the Chamber’s office support team. He is a master of exercising great judgement. Eric is also the resident historian, being the longest tenured staff member of the Chamber. He graduated from Seabreeze High School and attended Georgia State University on a basketball scholarship. Eric serves as Vice President of his Home Owners Association, and is very active in his community. Eric and his wife, Wanda, reside in Powder Springs, Georgia and have two daughters.

Since receiving her degree from the University of Mississippi, Lauren hasn’t slowed down. Her ability to integrate the look and feel of each event into venue selection and manage events from concept to implementation. Lauren resides in Atlanta, enjoys travel and the outdoors as much as finding the best new restaurant or hidden gem in any city she visits.

Meg joined the Georgia Chamber as an intern and was promoted to Event Coordinator where she quickly became a vital part of the events team.  She radiates positive energy and her warm personality is infectious. Meg has built a strong reputation of providing exceptional service. Her attention to detail keeps her on top of event planning and execution. Recently, Meg married her college sweetheart, Harry. Alex Coffrey

Alex, born and raised a Georgia peach, is a public relations guru and plays a vital role at the Chamber by supporting the organization’s social media, communications, and events. She’s an honors graduate from the University of West Georgia where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Marketing. In her downtime, Alex enjoys traveling all over the world, cooking up new recipes in the kitchen, and training for a variety of races such as half marathons. She’s also a major animal lover and enjoys taking her miniature schnauzer Cooper everywhere she goes!

Ian manages the new member sales department focusing on prospects across the state and beyond. He’s been a sales professional for over 20 years. Ian’s career has taken him from Atlanta, Georgia to Santa Fe, New Mexico. From selling weekly Alternative Newsweekly advertising in the North West to Director of Sales for a newspaper/website in the South East. He’s been with the Chamber over four years, and proven his ability as a Senior Sales Manager to effectively manage the needs and expectations of prospective members while ensuring maximum return and engagement for all levels of membership. Ian is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. He lives in East Atlanta with his wife, Rebecca.

Kelsey Moore

Economic Development & Special Projects Director


Part of the Chamber’s Economic Development team, Kelsey serves as the primary contact for all local chambers in Georgia. She manages the Georgia Chamber’s Federation, a partnership program representing 121 local chambers and over 36,000 small businesses, and is also responsible for the Chamber’s small business initiatives and investor benefit programs.

Kate graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She currently supports the Chamber’s efforts to recruit new members, retain current members, and sponsorship engagement. In 2016, Kate was selected to participate in the Georgia Young Gamechangers program, a leadership action program that engages Georgia’s emerging leaders to solve problems in communities around our state. Kate enjoys spending time with her little sister through the Metro Atlanta Big Brothers Big Sisters program. She is also a member of the Junior League of Atlanta and a Sunday school teacher at Buckhead Church.

Ridge leads the Chamber’s Ambassador Program for the annual Team Georgia Chamber Campaign. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Marketing Degree from the Terry College of Business. Ridge’s career with the Chamber began as an intern assisting the Public Affairs department at the State Capitol. He is an avid Atlanta sports fan and a big supporter of Georgia Football. Sarah Rettker

Sarah’s primary objective is to strengthen investor relations, retention and investor relations communications. Before coming to the Chamber, Sarah worked for Hillstone Restaurant Group, managing restaurants in markets across the country. After relocating over a dozen times between California, Colorado, Florida and New York, Sarah is excited to return home to Georgia and looks forward to making an impact on the state and in the community.  Sarah is a University of Georgia graduate and a proud member of the Women of UGA Leadership Council. Lauren Gray

Lauren graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. While in school, she worked at the Office of the President in the Special Events department where she gained experience in collaborating with others and managing events. After graduation, she moved to Atlanta and started her professional career with the Georgia Chamber as the Event Marketing intern. She grew passionate about the marketing side and joined the Investor Relations team as Strategic Programs Coordinator. Lauren also supports the efforts of the Georgia Transportation Alliance. Mary Claire Nay

Investor Engagement Coordinator


Mary Claire graduated with Honors from Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. While at Georgia College she was involved in Leadership programs which included the Georgia Educational Mentorship program. GEM partners with the Georgia Chamber giving students a yearlong mentorship for a year of professional development and leadership growth. Mary Claire also studied abroad in Seville, Spain where she focused on international marketing. She loves going out of her comfort zone, experiencing different cultures and meeting new people.  Mary Claire loves a day on the lake or the beach; she also enjoys being active and spending time with family and friends. As a recent college graduate she is excited to be back in Atlanta and working to help retention and growth at the Georgia Chamber.

Kyle Jackson

Vice President of State & Political Affairs


Kyle helps direct the legislative priorities for the Georgia Chamber. He also manages the organization’s fundraising and political operations. Prior to joining the Chamber, Kyle spent 12 years at the National Federation of Independent Business in Ohio and Georgia where he focused on supporting small and independent business. Kyle, his wife Abbey, and their son, Keller (and two Boston Terriers; Archie and Otis), live in Atlanta.

Kade Cullefer

Vice President, Legal


Kade focuses on a wide range of legal issues consisting of ensuring corporate governance and compliance, drafting agreements, developing and advocating legal policy, composing legislative proposals and building coalitions. In his spare time, Kade participates and aims to win meaningless recreational championships in volleyball and softball. When Kade is not perfecting his volleyball or softball swings, he enjoys coaching little league baseball for the Astros and serves on the parking team at Passion City Church. Kade is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Georgia State Law School.

Jason O’Rouke

Senior Director Public Policy & Federal Affairs


Jason directs the Chamber’s internal think tank, the Georgia Chamber Center for Competitiveness, and also handles federal affairs.  Prior to joining the Chamber, Jason worked as a consultant on political campaigns of all sizes in Georgia and Alabama.  He was the Political Director of the 2012 Non-Metro Atlanta T-SPLOST referendum, as well as the campaign manager for the successful 2012 Georgia Charter Schools constitutional amendment. He previously served in the Washington D.C. office of Congressman Doug Collins, and began his career with the Council for Quality Growth.  He currently serves on the Alumni Board of the University of Georgia School of Public & International Affairs. He lives in the Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta with a beagle named Roger.

Megan Baker

Public Policy Director


Megan serves as Public Policy Director for the Chamber’s internal think tank, the Georgia Chamber Center for Competitiveness. Prior to joining the Chamber, she worked at Clayton State where she championed a number of initiatives to enhance the overall operations of the university. She has also served as a budget and policy analyst at Georgia Governor’s Office of Planning & Budget and the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. Megan and her husband, Adam, a meteorologist for the National Weather Service, live in Fayetteville.

Cosby Johnson

Senior Government Affairs Manager


Cosby manages state level lobbying on behalf of the Chamber in the issue areas of environment and energy, education and business and industry. In addition, Cosby manages the Government Affairs Council for the Chamber. Before joining the Chamber, he worked on regional issues throughout Georgia on behalf of retired Senior U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss. He also worked in the public affairs department for current Secretary of State Brian Kemp. Cosby is a graduate of Valdosta State University and resides in Woodstock, Georgia.

Elizabeth Harwood

Senior Government Affairs Manager


Elizabeth manages state-level lobbying, covering transportation, tax and economic development, and general business issues on behalf of the Chamber. In addition, Elizabeth manages the organization’s Government Affairs Council. She previously served the Georgia Ready Mixed Concrete Association, advocating for industry interests and overseeing the organization’s communications strategy. Elizabeth also spent several years in corporate marketing for an Atlanta-based franchising company. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Elizabeth currently resides in Atlanta where she is a parishioner at the Cathedral of Christ the King and a member of the Junior League of Atlanta.

Chelsey Ruppersburg

Political Affairs Manager


Chelsey manages the political affairs of the GA Chamber including the Chamber’s Political Action Committee. She joined the Chamber from the campaign office of U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson, where she served as his deputy finance director. Prior to her work in politics, she completed her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the UGA and then went on to complete her doctorate in the department of Cell Biology at Emory University. While working on her Ph.D., she engaged in science funding advocacy and helped found the Emory Science Advocacy Network, which ultimately led to her involvement with Emory’s office of Government & Community Affairs. She has published multiple articles documenting her dissertation and science advocacy work at Emory. Chelsey currently resides in Atlanta with her husband.

Doug Miell

Energy, Water & Natural Resources Consultant


Doug works with members of the Chamber’s Energy & Natural Resource Policy Committee creating policy options and crafting industry-focused solutions that demonstrate Chamber leadership on the range of issues under consideration by the Policy Committee. Prior to his arrival in Atlanta in 2007, Doug was a leader of Australia’s irrigated agricultural industry and played a prominent role in negotiations of Australia’s national water reform program. Experiences gained in that role have proved invaluable as the Chamber considers options to address Georgia’s current water resource management challenges. Doug and his wife Suzanne reside in Sandy Springs.
