GEORGIA CHAMBER ENDORSES SPUD BOWEN FOR 13TH STATE SENATE DISTRICT

The Georgia Chamber of Commerce announces its endorsement of Spud Bowen for State Senate District 13, which includes all or portions of Crisp, Dodge, Dooly, Lee, Sumter, Tift, Turner, Wilcox and Worth Counties. Each election cycle, the Chamber’s Political Affairs Council vets dozens of candidates for office.  After working through the endorsement process, business leaders from across the state are confident that Mr. Bowen’s 40 years of business experience will lead to effective policy decisions to positively impact free enterprise and job creation throughout the state.

“After vetting the candidates running for Georgia’s 13th Senate District, our members believe there is a clear choice in who will champion economic development opportunities for South Georgia” said David Raynor, Georgia Chamber Senior Vice President of Public Affairs. “The Georgia Chamber is proud to endorse pro-business candidates like Spud Bowen and looks forward to working with him under the Gold Dome if elected.”
